PURPOSE:
Stories abound regarding the difficulties
faculty face in combining their academic and family commitments. This project
sought to provide substantive research on these issues at Penn State University
and to discover potential solutions to any problems thereby identified.
The project concluded on March 14, 2001. All documents here are in adobe
