Associate Dean Scott Bennett invites all interested graduate students to a town-hall meeting about building a culture of inclusivity and diversity across the College of the Liberal Arts. This event will take place on February 19, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM in the HUB, room 233AB. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

After an introduction, graduate students and faculty spearheading this initiative will propose the creation of a college-wide organization devoted to supporting graduate students who identify with and are allies to underrepresented communities on campus. The discussion that follows will identify the concerns, goals, and purposes that this organization might address.

Every graduate student in the College of the Liberal Arts is welcome to attend the town-hall meeting. The conversation that will ensue, like the organization we hope to build, will be inclusive. Come and join other scholars who want to see The Pennsylvania State University further its commitment to a welcoming and supportive education for all.

Please send any questions about the event to Morgan Johnson, Communication Arts & Sciences (mkj7@psu.edu) or Julian Scheffer, Psychology (jas1314@psu.edu).

Please RSVP by February 10 to ensure an adequate amount of food:
