Chelcey Little is an undergraduate and graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Labor and Employment Relations, a minor in Information Systems and Technology, and a Master’s in Human Resources. She will be graduating from Penn State’s Human Resources Employment Relations Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate Program in May of 2018 and is currently pursuing an internship position in the Human Resources Industry.
Throughout her professional experience, she has maintained high performance levels with a range of HR functions in diverse industries including: Health Care, Global Security, and Upper Education. As an up and coming professional, Chelcey has had experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Workplace Learning, and Employee Relations. Chelcey has a desire to utilize her skills and experiences in HR to help people reach their full potential, implement policies to change the issues related to work, and ultimately improve the lives of others. Her experiences, along with her versatility, loyalty, and eagerness to succeed, will surely be an asset in various endeavors.
