Aniruddha Ramachandra received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a specialization in Human Resource Management from Christ University, India (Ranked as the no.1 undergraduate business school) and a Master’s in Economics from KSOU, India. His zeal to master strategic HR and employee relations has brought him to the M.S. in HRER program at Penn State.  During his 2nd year of undergraduate studies, he received an internship offer from Goldman Sachs in the Human Capital division, Strategy and Management function. Finding an instant penchant for corporate HR, he worked on an HR strategy project which was converted into a Vice President sponsored task force the following year. He also worked with Grant Thornton US Shared Services to receive hands on experience in Experienced Hired Recruitment.

Receiving a full time offer from Goldman Sachs was the start of an enriching HR career which included positions in HR Technology, Campus Recruitment and HR data/metrics analysis. This amazing journey also gave him an opportunity to visit and work in New York(Headquarters), New Jersey and visit most top rated B-schools, engineering and undergraduate school in India as a Campus Recruiter. One of the highlights of his tenure at Goldman Sachs was being elevated to the role of Program Manager in a short span at the firm - leading metrics, brand engagement and University relations, valuing his interest and precision in HR data driven decisions. To pursue his passion and long term career aspiration in the technology industry, he worked for TE Connectivity as a global HR Business Partner intern this summer in their Global Appliance Engineering business unit.

As he is very passionate about social responsibly, he moved from the corporate world to the Not-for-profit industry; working in various NGOs in India which focus on issues such as empowering girl children, helping the visually challenged etc. Personally Aniruddha loves playing tennis and is an avid traveler visiting over 40 cities across India in a span of 8 months before he moved to the United States to pursue his graduate studies.
