Reports to: Director of Staffing and Staff Development
The Team Leader, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring CRS identifies, engages and secures top talent in a creative, efficient and timely manner. The Team Leader will maintain a modest portfolio of strategic openings while providing leadership and support to a team of seven. The Team Leader will enhance strategic partnerships with hiring managers, promote creative sourcing, help set and achieve team goals and lead by example.

Typical Background, Experience & Requirements:
Education and Experience
Required/Desired Foreign Language: English required, French, Spanish or Arabic a plus
Travel Required: infrequent travel to job fairs and recruiting events (up to 10%)
Teleworking Options: based in Baltimore but with options for working remotely one to two days a week

Internal: HR staff, All CRS staff (including hiring managers, regional teams, country programs, Regional Directors and Executive Leadership Team)
External: Applicants to CRS, university career service offices and program directors, HR peers at other NGOs and various other talent acquisition sources.
