Job Description:
The HR Assistant/HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the HR functions for
the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

•     Support HR Director and team across generalist activities
•     Organize new hire orientation schedule and materials
•     Support recruitment process including maintaining reports and generating offer letters
•     Update and maintain HR intranet and systems
•     Assist with employee questions related to benefits and HR related policies and programs
•     Assist with annual Performance Management processes
•     Create and maintain employee files
• Assist with various departmental projects, including global recruitment, employee relations,
benefits, immigration and HR systems initiatives

Position Requirements:
•     College degree, HR related concentration preferred
•     Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
•     Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
•     1-4 years relevant experience
•     Ability to consistently demonstrate a client service oriented and professional mindset
•     Strong attention to detail
•     Flexibility to work in a fast paced global environment
•     Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and systems
