The Human Resource Rep will focus on enhancing employee performance and satisfaction. They will create, customize, maintain, and revise the review process, forms, and performance competencies to better calibrate reviews for managers. S/he will routinely collaborate with managers and upper management to create/run ad-hoc reports for statistical analysis. In addition, they will conduct, perform, review, and analyze exit interviews, new hire reviews, on boarding surveys and other surveys as needed. 

Essential Responsibilities: 
• Manage implementing and customization of performance reviews 
• Analyzes performance review statistics for upper management 
• Communicate with and actively assists employees and managers with completing 
performance management reviews 
• Conduct, perform, review, and analyze exit interviews/surveys 
• Follow up with managers regarding employee performance 

Additional Responsibilities: 
• Composes, edits, and delivers corporate e-mail communications 
• As assigned by Director 

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
• Understanding of sensitivity and confidentiality of employee and company information 
• Analytical abilities to generate and interpret reports 
• Exercise interpersonal skills within team environment 
• Detail-oriented and quick thinker 
• Team player 
• Be competent in Excel, Word, power point, Survey tools 
• Excellent oratory and social skills 

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: 
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
