This award is given to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by an undergraduate student who is enrolled in the Department of Labor Studies and Industrial Relations in the College of the Liberal Arts at the Pennsylvania State University. All undergraduate students enrolled in the major who have taken a leadership role in promoting interest in labor studies and industrial relations at Penn State and have achieved a minimum 3.0 grade point average on a scale of 4.0 will be considered.
